Each vehicle make and model included within the app features a comprehensive Emergency Response Guide. Examples of the information provided include:
- Battery location, disconnection/discharge procedures, and high-voltage battery removal
- Guidelines for towing, lifting, securing, and storing electric vehicles
- Identification of fuel types
- Procedures for fire or submersion incidents involving electric vehicles
- Locations and descriptions of high-voltage components with disabling protocols
- Methods to determine if the vehicle is operational (immobilization)
- Access points for occupants
- Emergency warnings and cut zones
